RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, provided they are:

  • In original, unopened condition with all packaging and accessories

  • Unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened software, downloadable content, or digital products

  • Custom-configured PCs or personalized items

  • Final sale/clearance merchandise (marked at purchase)

2. RETURN PROCESS

Step 1: Initiate your return within 14 days of delivery

  • Online: Log in to your account at GamingGaloreX3.com

  • Email: Send request to support@gaminggalorex3.com with:
    • Order number
    • Product name & reason for return
    • Photos of any damaged/defective items

Step 2: Wait for approval (within 2 business days)

  • Approved returns receive a prepaid shipping label (if applicable)

  • Customer-paid returns: Ship to [Warehouse Address] with tracking

Step 3: Refund processing (5-10 business days after inspection)

3. REFUND DETAILS

Refund Methods:

  • Original payment (credit/debit/PayPal) – 3-5 business days

  • Store credit (instant issuance for faster future purchases)

Deductions May Apply For:

  • 15% restocking fee on opened but undamaged items

  • Missing accessories or original packaging

  • Shipping costs (unless return is due to our error)

4. EXCHANGES & DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Exchanges:

  • Free component swaps within 7 days for compatibility issues

  • Subject to identical product availability

Defective Products:

  • Report within 72 hours of delivery for fastest resolution

  • Provide video/photos of defect for warranty validation

  • Options: Replacement (priority shipped) / Full refund / Repair

5. SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

International Returns:

  • Customer responsible for return shipping & customs fees

Holiday Policy:

  • Extended return window (e.g., purchases Nov 1-Dec 24 may return until Jan 15)

Lost/Misrouted Returns:

  • Not responsible until received at our warehouse

6. WARRANTY CLAIMS
